Casa La Belle was designed by Diego Villaseñor and later expanded and updated by renowned architect Jean-Claude Galibert.
Nestled on a promontory with stunning views of the bay and the sea, the house features gracious indoor/outdoor living and dining space protected by a palapa roof.
Solar panels power the house during the day.
The House
The decor of the public area of the house features beautiful Mexican and Asian antiques, such as Whale ribs and bones, as well as more contemporary Mexican and Guatemalan textiles.
The house includes six rooms. The master bedroom has its own outdoor living room with palapa roof, jacuzzi and bay views. Each of the other five spacious bedroom has large bathroom and dressing areas. Four of the bedrooms have views of the bay while the other two have lovely views of the jungle.

Our talented cook prepares a range of cuisines including French, Mexican, Asian and Italian.
House is fully staffed with a caretaker who helps with restaurant reservations and housing staff provides daily laundry service.
Babysitting or nannies are not included but can be organized at renter's cost through prior request.

Location
In 1968, Gian Franco Brignone, a one-time banker, uprooted his family from Paris and moved to Careyes on the Mexican Pacific Coast. He realized that the true magic of Careyes lies in its natural beauty, and he set about creating a place where the internationally adventurous could come to experience its splendor without intruding upon it. On any day you will hear Spanish, English, Italian, French and Portuguese. It still keeps its value of protecting nature (turtle sanctuary, recycling effort and in the case of the house Solar Panels). The turtle sanctuary has been protecting turtle eggs from predators and releasing baby turtles since 1983.
Area Information
Careyes is located on the coast of Jalisco, Mexico, and is a three-hour drive south of Puerto Vallarta,
or 90 minutes North of Manzanillo. It is a secluded place of peerless beauty.

TRANSPORTATION
Guests must arrange for their own transportation to and from the house. Once in Careyes, caretaker can help arrange for taxi service to restaurants and other area attractions.
If you need assistance, Florence Peyrelongue will help with transport other than renting your own vehicle.
RULES AND REGULATIONS OF CAREYES

Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Breaking, spilling, and staining should be reported to staff and will be deducted from deposit or charged to the renters.

No firearms allowed inside the house.

Parties are not allowed inside the house. No loud outdoor music allowed after midnight.

Staff members have designated working hours. Requests for staff to work outside of standard hours may not always be accommodated and may incur additional charges. Staff hours will be communicated by the house manager after booking.

Gratuity is encouraged, and greatly appreciated. It can be given to the staff at the end of the stay, suggestion is $75 USD per room.

Check in time is 4pm. Check out is 11am unless otherwise arranged.
HOUSE RULES

Pets are not allowed in the house.

Maximum capacity is 12 guests, 2 per room.

Renters do not have access to the vehicles on the property so they will have to arrange for their own transportation. Caretaker can help arrange taxi service to restaurants and other area attractions.

The rental fee does not include babysitting services, food, drink or other incidentals.

Renters must make a deposit 14 days in advance of their arrival for food and drink, the amount of which will depend on number of guests, length of stay and desired diet/drinks.

Settling of all incidentals will be due before departure.

Staff works for 14 hours, renters can choose between 8AM-10PM or 9AM-11PM. If they choose to have a dinner that will run later, they must coordinate with the house staff in advance.

The rules and regulations of the Playa Rosa Association for noise and music/parties must be respected.

Minimum stay is 4 nights except during the Winter Holiday when the minimum is 7 nights.

A deposit of 50% of payment is required at time of booking and is not refundable.

Balance due of 50% required one month prior to arrival (nonrefundable).

Charge of 100% total of stay in NO SHOW or SHORTENING reservations.
